There are several users having a hard time using Serum DEX these days, not able to settle or cancel the open orders. So Dexlab represents a short solution that users can do by themselves. Check out the thread, or check the #Dexlab help center (No. 3) for more details 👉🏻
1/ Go on to #Atrix website: , and connect your wallet. This site helps you to crank the market, which will let you settle and cancel open orders. The website requires the Serum market address of the token that of you are having a problem with.
2/ Let's see how can we know the token's Serum market address. For example, if it is with token #SOL, go on to Dexlab's Trade tab and click SOL/USDC token. The market address is the back side part of the website address.
3/ Copy and paste the market address on Atrix, and then click 'Crank Market.' This process needs a small amount of SOL for the fee, but it will be refunded back after the process is over. Do not close or click anything on the Atrix website till the cranking is done.
4/ If the cranking process is over, go on to the Sonar Watch website to settle your balance or cancel your open orders. Here is the Gitbook tutorial on how to use Sonar Watch to manage your DEX. 👉🏻
